A4 FORMAT
The Transfer Paper Original is available in A4 format, in packs of 20 or 100 sheets.
1. Using a Thermal Printer Connected to an App or a Fax-Type Model with Integrated Scanner
- Remove the two protective sheets located between the white stencil paper and the carbon
sheet, as well as the brown protective sheet underneath.
- Use the compatible app to send your image directly to the thermal printer and follow the
rinter’s instructions to print the stencil.
- Depending on your thermal printer, you may need to place the paper face-up orface-down.
Refer to your printer’s manual to determine the correct orientation.
- Initially, set the transfer machine to a medium exposure level and adjust as neded for
optimal image quality.
2. Using a Lamp-Based Thermal Printer Requiring a Sheet Feeder
- Remove the central protective sheet located between the white stencil paper and the carbon sheet.
- Place your design, face-up, between the rear brown protective sheet and the carbon sheet.
- Insert your sheet stack into a suitable sheet feeder for your Thermal Printer and set the desired
speed to achieve optimal results.
- Initially, set the transfer machine to a medium exposure level and adjust as needed for
optimal image quality.
- Refer to your thermal copier’s user manual if necessary.
3. Manual creation
- Remove the central protective sheet located between the white stencil paper and the carbon sheet.
- Work on a smooth but sturdy surface.
- Use a ballpoint pen or a pencil with a hard lead to draw your stencil.
- Apply firm and even pressure while drawing.
- Depending on the desired orientation of the design, you can draw directly on the transfer
sheet or on the back of the rear brown protective sheet.
4. Placement
- Starting from one corner, slowly peel the stencil paper from the carbon sheet.
- Separate the stencil paper from the carbon sheet.
- Your stencil is now ready to be applied using an appropriate product.
- We recommend waiting approximately 15 minutes after application for optimal adherence.
- Follow the cleaning procedures and settings recommended by the thermal transfer unit
manufacturerfor the best results.
- Daily cleaning of your machine is recommended to ensure maximum performance over time.
Disclaimer: Thermal paper must be stored away from heat and humidity.
Improper storage conditions will negatively affect the quality of the produced stencils.
